Your tasks
In this challenging hub function, you will work at the interface between business and politics. As a person of trust, you will gain an insight into the varied and exciting activities of your superiors.
Together with your experienced colleague, you will provide forward-looking support to the CEO and the President with organizational and administrative tasks.
- Agile appointment and agenda management with a high level of complexity and ensuring deadlines and schedules are met (central main task).
- Preparation, organization and support of meetings, discussions and meetings in-house and externally.
- Annual planning of internal business appointments.
- Mitorganization of management/committee meetings and closed meetings.
- Preparation work for meetings: Obtaining documents and presentations from the specialist departments and checking them for format/spelling/corporate identity.
- Organizing business trips.
- Correspondence and general administrative activities.
- Substituting for each other during absences.
What you bring with you
- Commercial clerk EFZ or Matura, supplemented by experience in assistance or in a comparable function.
- Organizational talent, very precise way of working, independence and even under time pressure you keep an eye on the details.
- Discretion and trustworthiness are a matter of course for you.
- You think ahead, anticipate next steps and proactively relieve your superiors.
- Team-oriented personality with good networking skills.
- Enjoy using modern tools such as Co-Pilot Professional.
- Confident and friendly manner towards internal and external contacts
- You will be on site for the majority of office hours; home office is possible by arrangement. Working days will be determined jointly, flexibility available.
- Fluency in German; knowledge of French and English is a plus.
